Mabel Inada Ito Scholarship Fund

Mabel Inada Ito served as a "home demonstration agent/county extension home economist" for more than 30 years. Through her leadership, the Maui "U.E." cookbooks were published and funds from the cookbooks were used towards supporting the building of the Community Services Building. Funds continue to be used by the Maui Association for Family and Community Education to provide scholarships for high school students going on to college.
