The Queen's Health Systems Native Hawaiian Health Training Scholarship Fund for Second Year Students

Description:  The purpose of this fund is to assist Native Hawaiian students who are pursuing a health science profession in Hawaii and are enrolled full-time as second-year students in a Health Sciences program at Kapiolani Community College. Eligible programs include, but are not limited to: Occupational Therapy Assistant, Medical Assisting (AS degree only), Medical Laboratory Technician, Pharmacy Technician, Physical Therapist Assistant, Mobile Intensive Care Technician, Radiologic Technology, Respiratory Care.

Enrollment Status:  Full-time. Part-time students taking 7 credits or more may be eligible if it is determined by the dept. and selection committee that the student is fully enrolled in courses such as practicums, internships, and clinicals which prohibits the students from participating in more credit courses.
